Each property will vary depending on the size. However, please plan for a minimum of 2-4 hours.
At least one person needs to be present for the clearing. They may resume normal activities as usual.

The service area is mainly Nothern Colorado, however, arrangements can be made for services outside of that region.
A travel fee will apply for services for any travel greater than 15 miles from the Longmont area.
