Each property will vary depending on the size. However, please plan for a minimum of 2-4 hours.
At least one person needs to be present for the clearing. They may resume normal activities as usual.

The service area is mainly Northern Colorado; however, arrangements can be made for services outside of that region.
Travel Fee - Travel is included within 15 miles of Loveland ($35 travel fee to be applied outside nearby local area)
If services are requested outside nearby local area, please reach out for additional travel fees.
